Not gonna lie, it does look nice, but I don’t really think it’s worth the price. I expected the quality to feel a bit better for what I paid. Delivery was totally fine, but the item itself just felt average. I’d only consider buying it again if there was a really good discount.

I’ve been sticking with them for a while, so I was expecting the loyalty discount to feel a bit more, I guess, worth it. But it didn’t really seem like I got much back at all

It looks nice and works fine for quick everyday notes, but the paper feels a little thin when I write with my usual pen. I mentioned this before and got the feeling nobody really read my message, which was a bit frustrating.

Trying to use the site on my phone was frustrating. The layout felt all over the place, and the menus kept popping up or getting in the way when I was just trying to browse. I kept having to go back and redo things, which made it feel like their bad design somehow became my problem to deal with.

I had to return a planner it was way easier than I expected. The form was simple to fill out, and my refund came through quickly. Didn’t have to chase anyone, which was a nice surprise. Really happy with the whole thing...

I did send a message about it, but it kind of felt like nobody actually read what I wrote, which was frustrating. It’s not awful or anything, just average for the price. Delivery was fine though.

The payment did eventually go through, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but it took way longer than it should have. it just left me feeling frustrated and a bit disappointed by the whole experience.

I accidentally ordered the wrong planner and messaged them the same day for a refund. They got back to me quickly and handled it without making it weird or complicated. The money showed up in my account a few days later. Based on this, I’d say they’re fair to deal with if something goes wrong.

I ended up ordering from cgdlondon.com because I saw a discount code and thought, why not, maybe it will make the total less painful. It did take some money off, so that part was good and I was happy enough with that.

The promo was a bit confusing for me though, like some things just didn’t count for it and I only properly realised when I got to checkout. Maybe I missed the small details, but it was a little annoying in that moment, not terrible, just a bit of a hmm situation.
So overall, the discounts are nice when they actually apply, but I wouldn’t say I felt like I got some huge bargain or anything. It was okay, kind of average, and I’d probably check the terms more carefully next time

so I got a phone cover from CGD London it looked really nice when it first arrived. The fit was good, and the colour was pretty much exactly what I was expecting.
After a few weeks of using it every day though, I noticed the corners starting to show wear sooner than I’d hoped. It’s still usable, but I thought it would hold up a bit better.

Most of the stuff I needed was actually in stock, which was a nice surprise. I kind of regret not checking this place first because it would’ve saved me a trip elsewhere.

Ordered a planner from CGD London and added my initials on the front. Super easy to pick the options, and seeing the colours first helped.
It arrived looking lovely, not cheap or thrown together. The gold lettering was neat, and the personalisation made it feel properly mine.
Only downside: I spent way too long choosing because there are lots of styles. Still really happy with it. Would buy again, probably as a gift.

I picked up a CGD London planner hoping it would help me get a bit more organised with my goals, it’s done exactly what I wanted it to do. I wasn’t expecting anything too groundbreaking, but the layout makes it really easy to break things into smaller steps instead of just making a huge list and never looking at it again. I also like that it doesn’t feel overwhelming or packed with too much. I’ve been using it most days, and I do feel more on track than I did before...

The cover is really nice and cute, but once I opened it, I kind of had a ‘why is this so complicated?’ reaction. The pages feel too cramped and the layout just doesn’t flow as easily as I expected

It arrived right when they said it would, which I really appreciated. No hassle, no stress, and I’d definitely order again.

So far, the brand seems decent, but I’m not totally sold just yet. I’ve had a few experiences in the past where something seemed great at first and didn’t really hold up over time, so I’d like to use it a bit longer before I fully trust them.
