I ordered a diary and a fitnessplanner november and I am still waiting for it. I contacted them that I didn’t got a trackingscode and they said it was delivered. We got in contact and they said they would send it to my mothers adress (because we live in a appertmentblok so maybe that was a problem. Trying to get through for a refund but I am being completely ignored on all social media outlets.my order was 70£ so you know that is a lot of money…

I’ve been a customer for years (probably since 2019), and never had any issues. Until this year, when my calendar arrived faulty. I reported it and was promised a refund. That was back in January. Haven’t heard since. I followed up through email at least 5 times. Then I tried to use my Instagram platform to reach them. They responded to my stories and said that the refund has been proceeded and I should receive money within 15 days. It’s been a month since then, and nothing. The website is gone. I guess I’ll never see my money. Disgusting customer service. Treating a loyal customer like this is just horrible.

Very bad customer service, it's been 4 months waiting for my refound and the shipping costs I had to pay.

6 weeks waiting for a refund. I returned the diary as it was very poor quality. I can no longer see their website online so I assume my money is now lost. Terrible service.

Its been 3 months and I still have not received my full order. They only replied once and now they are ignoring me, I spent £100!!
I only received one item, I still have 3 more to come!
The fact this was a birthday gift from my dad makes it even more annoying.
I see that they have been online on Instagram, yet they ignore all my messages, if you cant send the product at least refund me!

Avoid! Have been waiting on a refund now for over a month. Emails are being ignored, they have limited comments on their Instagram so cannot reach them here either.
They are still trading on their website and sending constant marketing emails which have aggravated me more as they are pushing products but not dealing with current refunds. Looking at all the reviews over the past couple of months it looks like I am not the only one being ignored and having issues. Avoid company.

Horrible company. I have supported them for years and suddenly they've become awful. Something must have gone seriously wrong with them. All messages being ignored in insta and on email.

Diary is horrible quality, arrived severely damaged and is unusable.

Did not receive right planner, replacement promised and then all further communication ignored, Instagram comments currently limited so people can't air grievances. If you are in their mailing list they still constantly bombard you with prompts to purchase from them.
If you have purchased anytime before the last three months please know the quality has changed, paper is thinner, texture is not the same as well. It's a terrible terrible experience shopping with them. If you have anxiety AVOID, if you value your money AVOID, If you need a company you can trust AVOID. Use PAPIER instead.

I ordered a planner from them and paid £3.99 for a delivery fee. It did not turn up so I emailed them after 3 and a half weeks complaining that it’s unacceptable especially with an extra delivery fee. They had clearly forgotten about my order as they dispatched it the next day. They then ignored my follow up email about this. Terrible organisation and service.

I have returned an item which got re delivered as the first one never came, now I have not been refunded!
This has been ongoing since December 2022!
I am so sick of their service!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! I bought a getting stuff done planner a couple of years ago and loved it, so I went to repurchase, and the experience has been AWFUL. I was told the item I wanted was out of stock and to pick something else, and I have not heard back in over a month. I have sent multiple emails and am being ignored. The worst part is they charged my card and disappeared. I haven't been able to get in contact with anyone. It seems like they have changed ownership or something, I was once someone who loved their products, but I will never be shopping here again. AVOID at all costs, I would give them 0 stars if possible.

I ordered a diary 15th January and I am still waiting for it. Chased it up twice to be told it’s ready for dispatch which it hasn’t been. I move home 3rd March and it definitely won’t be here in time. Trying to get through for a refund but I am being completely ignored on all social media outlets. I understand small businesses have their obstacles but if you can’t even communicate with your customers; that’s a really poor way to handle things.

Diary never received. I don't usually write bad reviews but I cannot believe I have just received an email from this brand offering advice on how to start an e-commerce business when they are scamming customers. Experience is just the same as the other recent reviews - I ordered a diary to be told there woul be a slight delay. I then received a fake tracking link and an email from customer services saying my diary had been successfully delivered. Now no response at all from customer services and they have turned off comments on IG. AVOID.

I ordered a diary on the 31/1/22 and have still not received. Initially I was told it was because of Royal Mail strikes, then a production issue (why would you be making diaries for 2023 in January 2023?!). Then I got a dispatched notification with a link to a tracking number which didn’t exist. Then I have emailed since on several occasions only to be ignored! It’s a shame as I appreciate this is a small business and I bought the 2022 diary which was delivered on time and I was really happy with. Very unhappy with the customer service I have received!

Like multiple other reviews before me, ordered a planner in December and it's never arrived. All instagram messages deleted, all emails ignored. Have stolen my money. Absolutely disgusted.
